WiseDeliver Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cart2Cargo Technology Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “Cart2Cargo”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the WiseDeliver mobile application (the “App”). WiseDeliver is a workforce application used by delivery drivers, operations staff, and managers to manage parcel pickup, sorting, routing, and last‑mile delivery.

The App is intended for authorized personnel of Cart2Cargo and its delivery partners. Access requires an account issued by your delivery operator. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account & profile information

When an account is created for you (by your operator or via registration), we process your name, username, phone number, email address, assigned role, employee/driver identifier, and the warehouse or partner you are associated with.

Location information

While you are signed in and actively performing delivery tasks, the App collects your device’s precise GPS location to: record where a parcel was picked up or delivered, attach location to proof‑of‑delivery, and support routing and operational tracking. Location is collected in connection with work activities; we do not sell your location data.

Camera, photos & signatures

The App uses your device camera to scan parcel barcodes and to capture proof‑of‑delivery photos, and lets you capture an on‑screen recipient signature. Where applicable, it may also let you upload identity or vehicle documents required for onboarding.

Device & technical information

We collect a device identifier, device model, and operating‑system platform to secure your account (one active device per user), keep you signed in during a shift, and diagnose problems. We also generate server logs (e.g., request identifiers, timestamps, error data).

Operational data you enter

Scans, delivery status, failed‑delivery reasons, manifests, routes, tasks, and similar records you create while using the App.

Recipient (consignee) information

To complete deliveries, the App processes recipient details provided by the operator or shipper — such as name, delivery address, contact number, and email — on the operator’s behalf. This information is used solely to perform and confirm delivery.

2. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate users and secure accounts (including the one‑device session rule).

  • Assign, perform, and confirm pickups and deliveries.

  • Capture and store proof of delivery (photos, signature, GPS, timestamp).

  • Calculate driver activity and salary/performance metrics.

  • Notify recipients about delivery outcomes (e.g., delivered or unsuccessful).

  • Provide customer support, maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the App.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service:

  • Your delivery operator / employer (Cart2Cargo and partners) — for workforce management, delivery operations, and payroll.

  • Cloud & service providers — for secure storage of photos and documents and for message delivery (for example, Amazon Web Services for storage, SendGrid for email, and SMS providers for one‑time codes).

  • Shippers / merchants — delivery status and proof of delivery for their shipments.

  • Legal / safety — when required by law or regulation, or to protect rights and safety.

Service providers are authorized to process information only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example, proof‑of‑delivery records and operational logs are retained per the operator’s record‑keeping requirements). When no longer required, information is deleted or anonymized.

5. Security

We use industry‑standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, hashed passwords, and per‑device session tokens. Photos and documents are stored in access‑controlled cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because accounts are issued and managed by your delivery operator, please direct such requests to your operator or contact us using the details below; we will respond consistent with applicable law.

You can disable camera or location permissions in your device settings, but core features (scanning, proof of delivery) will not function without them.

7. Children

WiseDeliver is a workforce application and is not directed to or intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International Use

Information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, including where our cloud providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection of your information in accordance with this Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through in‑App or other notice.
